Grab your yarn, get comfy, and let’s start a new amigurumi adventure! 🧶✨
Today I’m sharing the Amigurumi Baby Chameleon Easy Crochet Free Pattern, a sweet design by Evgenia Kraeva (VK). This little cutie measures about 15–16 cm when made with a similar crochet tension—just the right size for a gift or to add a pop of whimsy to your collection.

Made with soft super bulky velvet yarn in green, light pink, bright pink, and turquoise, plus a touch of sport-weight yarn for the finer details, this chameleon is cuddly, colorful, and full of character. You’ll also need safety eyes, some synthetic filling, and your basic crochet tools to bring it to life.

A huge thank you to Evgenia for sharing this wonderful pattern with the crochet community! At the end of the free pattern, I’ve included some inspiring chameleon ideas to spark your imagination. And if you’d like more guidance, you can check out Evgenia’s Instagram @shegera13 for extra tips and a step-by-step tutorial.

This baby chameleon is not only fun to make, but also a great way to practice working with colors and adding playful details to your amigurumi creations. 🌿🦎
